"Sergio was great I thought until there were additional policies added onto the account that had no use for me. He starts with an absolutely low quote which caught my attention and from there doubled. Whether or not he was trying to "save me money" by adding other services (additional expenses), I felt entirely misled from this experience. i.e. Why on earth would I want renters insurance when I don't even rent a property? *** Side note *** I went directly to Liberty Mutual after and they gave me a cheaper rate without all the additional hassle."
