"BEWARE! On my 1st call, Tommy was awesome, I had a great experience and was able to get my policy setup in one quick phone call. Fast forward to when I needed to cancel that policy - he was SO ANGRY he actually HUNG UP THE PHONE on me, not once, but twice! I was FLOORED by this terrible treatment of a customer! My husband was also irate and we considered having to inconvenience ourselves to drive across town to their office and cancel the policies in person - but I tried calling back and spoke to the receptionist instead - and she cancelled the policy for me as I asked, without the abusive treatment."
